Providing Access to Life-Changing Educational Tours Abroad
The Global Detroit Project at Students Going Global promotes the expansion of after-school global education programs in schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations across the city of Detroit to increase youth engagement in global education and cultural awareness while making life-changing educational tours abroad more accessible for deserving Detroit students in grades 5 through 12.
Detroit educators, churches, and nonprofit organizations seeking to expand real-world global education opportunities and expose Detroit youth to the world may contact us for support. Global Education Program Sponsors, Tour Group Leaders, and Chaperones can travel abroad with students at no cost through travel program providers that specialize in pre-packaged, all-inclusive educational travel experiences for elementary, middle, and high school students.
